The ranch lot
The ranch lot, place by place
Camp sits on a ranch lot at the edge of town, with a creek along one side and mountains beyond the meadow.

The creek
A shallow stretch below the barn, shaded by cottonwoods, where campers wade in water shoes with nets and buckets. A counselor stands in the water with each group, and life jackets hang on the rail for anyone who wants one.

Wading only, never past the knee

The barn
The barn has wide doors, long tables and a loft of supplies. It is the making place in good weather and the rainy-day plan for everything else: weaving, printmaking, clay and a big build day each block.

The ropes course
Bridges, balance beams and a rope walk, all low to the ground with padded landings. A counselor stands beside every element, and the course closes when the ground is wet.

A counselor at every element

The meadow and the pavilion
Mornings begin with a circle in the meadow. Lunch is under the pavilion, where the shade lasts all afternoon, and the quiet hour is in the same cool place.

Come and walk it
Ask for a time to see the creek, the barn and the ropes course with Jed, or come to the open ranch evening in April.
